Welcome to Jackson Sewing Academy! By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully—they’re designed to protect both you and us, and to keep things clear and fair.

1. Who We Are

Jackson Sewing Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online sewing education and resources through www.jacksonsewingacademy.com and related platforms.

2. Using Our Service

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account and enroll.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3. Memberships & Payments

  • Memberships auto-renew every 30 days (monthly) or annually, depending on your plan.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • All payments are non-refundable, including partial months.
  • You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us.
  • After cancellation, you’ll have access until the end of your billing period.

4. No Refunds or Returns

  • Because our courses and memberships are digital, we do not offer refunds or returns.
  • Please review all course details before purchasing.

5. Pausing Membership

  • If you’re facing financial hardship, contact us—we may be able to pause your membership for up to 3 months.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, and resources are owned by Jackson Sewing Academy.
  • You may use materials for personal learning only—please don’t share, copy, or resell them.

7. Account Security

  • Keep your password safe and don’t share it.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Changes to Courses or Pricing

  • We may update courses, features, or pricing as we grow. We’ll notify you of major changes in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We work hard to provide great content, but we can’t guarantee results or be responsible for any losses related to using our site or courses.
